If business debts are becoming difficult to manage, speak to an appropriately authorised debt adviser or a licensed insolvency practitioner. The right support depends on your legal structure, circumstances and location. Free, confidential help is available from organisations such as Business Debtline, National Debtline and MoneyHelper.

Our role

We do not advise on, package or arrange debt solutions, and we do not charge you for debt help. If you ask us to, we record your enquiry as a referral enquiry and suggest an appropriately authorised partner. A debt-help enquiry is never treated as a loan application, and nothing is passed to a partner unless you ask us to.
